Tektronix 284

The Tektronix 284 is a used Pulse Generator that offers all of the signals required to check the rise time, vertical deflection factor, and horizontal sweep rates of sampling oscilloscopes.

Pulse output: ²70 pS rise time
Pulse width of 1 µS
Rep rate of approx. 50 kHz. Square wave output:
Periods of 10 µS, 1 µS, or 100 nS;
Amplitude is 10 mV, 100 mV, or 1 V into 50 ½.
Sine wave output: periods of 10 nS or 1 nS;
Amplitude is 100 mV into 50 ½.
Trigger output is square wave, sine wave, or pretrigger pulse output
